Health Care Authority: Review of Funding Sources

Scope Description:

Review all funding sources for programs administered by the Health Care Authority.

Evaluation Objectives:

This evaluation will be guided by three key objectives within the scope set forth by the Legislative Oversight Committee: 

1. Examine all funding sources available to the Health Care Authority, including the federal match levels of programs.

2. Assess the balance and purpose of revolving funds held by the Health Care Authority. 

3. Identify financial accountability measures and controls to determine areas of potential risk.
