<h4>In accordance with Joint Rule 9.7, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives hereby jointly authorize the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency to conduct an investigation on the current financial conditions of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.</h4><h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 41, 102);">Scope:</span></h3><h4>Provide an initial assessment of the financial conditions of the agency, including the balance of all available accounts, current financial obligations of the agency, identifying Medicaid-designated funds and assessing the agency's processes for ensuring funds dedicated for specific purposes are used only for those purposes.</h4>
