<h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 41, 102);">Project description:</span></h3><p>Evaluate the speed of process and wait times for citizens in obtaining a driver's license.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 41, 102);">Evaluation Objectives:</span></h3><p>This evaluation will be guided by four key objectives within the scope set forth by the Legislative Oversight Committee:</p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluate the changes in service delivery after the transition&nbsp;to Service Oklahoma, including a comparison of fulfillment times for driver’s licenses.</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess the current processes of Service Oklahoma, including changes made by the agency since its creation and any measurable outcomes related to service delivery.</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess the role of technology in modernizing the delivery of services.</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Compare Oklahoma’s service delivery and costs to other states, identifying best practices.</p>
