Operational Assessment of the Office of the State Fire Marshal
Project description:
Evaluate the speed of process and wait times for citizens in obtaining a driver's license.
Evaluation Objectives:
This evaluation will be guided by four key objectives within the scope set forth by the Legislative Oversight Committee:
1. Evaluate the changes in service delivery after the transition to Service Oklahoma, including a comparison of fulfillment times for driver’s licenses.
2. Assess the current processes of Service Oklahoma, including changes made by the agency since its creation and any measurable outcomes related to service delivery.
3. Assess the role of technology in modernizing the delivery of services.
4. Compare Oklahoma’s service delivery and costs to other states, identifying best practices.
