<h3>Scope Description:</h3><p><span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">Review all funding sources for programs administered by the Health Care Authority.</span></p><h3>Evaluation Objectives:</h3><p>This evaluation will be guided by three key objectives within the scope set forth by the Legislative Oversight Committee:&nbsp;</p><p>1.&nbsp;Examine all funding sources available to the Health Care Authority, including the federal match levels of programs.</p><p>2.&nbsp;Assess the balance and purpose of revolving funds held by the Health Care Authority.&nbsp;</p><p>3.&nbsp;Identify financial accountability measures and controls to determine areas of potential risk.</p>
